Who we are
ZENFLARE (PTY) LTD (registration number 2025/343760/07) is a private company registered in the Republic of South Africa, with its registered office in Worcester, Western Cape. ZenTech and CleanPro are trading names of that company; they are not separate legal entities.
We are the responsible party for the personal information described in this policy, as that term is used in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

Information we collect through this website
We collect the following when you contact us or engage us for work:
- Name, email address and phone number — to respond to enquiries, quote for work, and keep you updated on a project.
- Project material you send us (briefs, photographs, website URLs, documents) — to build the prototype or software you asked for.
- Payment reference and transaction details — to confirm payment and issue invoices. Card payments are processed entirely by our payment provider on their own systems; we never see or store your card details.
- Website usage data — pages viewed, approximate location and device type, to keep the site working and understand what visitors find useful.
We process this information to perform a contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, or in our legitimate interest in running the business. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.
Financial and transaction records are retained for seven years as required by the Companies Act 71 of 2008 and tax legislation. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months.
Your rights under POPIA
You may ask what personal information we hold about you; ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, irrelevant, excessive, out of date or unlawfully obtained; object to processing; or withdraw consent. Email zentech@zenflare.digital and we will respond within a reasonable period.

If a security compromise affects your personal information we will notify you and the Information Regulator as required by section 22 of POPIA.
Cookies and analytics
The public ZenFlare website (research pages, the Trial, ZenJournal) collects only anonymous, aggregate visit analytics through Vercel, used to understand which pages are read. It sets no advertising cookies and builds no personal profiles. Any email you send us is used only to reply to you.
